What is included in my booking package?

Booking Packages consist of hotel accommodation, meal plan (as per the chosen option), return airport transfers and all applicable taxes. Additional services may be included.

What is the booking procedure?

Once the booking details are agreed, deposit or full payment depending on the check in date must be made.
When the payment has been confirmed, your hotel voucher will be sent with full details of your reservation.

What is the mode of payment?

We accept bank transfers in US dollars at the following bank account:

What is the booking confirmation process?

Once payment is done, we send the booking details to the resort to obtain the official internal confirmation.
The hotel voucher is prepared and sent over to you with all the necessary booking details.
It may take 24 hours to send the hotel voucher as we ensure that the hotel enters all details officially beforehand.

Do I need to reconfirm my reservation with the hotel?

It is not necessary to reconfirm with the resort but you may check if you wish to. The hotel voucher will indicate the hotel’s reference number for easier checking.

How do I make changes on my reservation?

If change is needed, please send us the details and we will arrange. If the request change of travel dates, it will depend on hotel’s availability and subjected to hotel policies. Cancellation or postponement of travel may incur penalty charges as per the policies detailed during the booking process.

Can I request for early check or late check out?

Request for early check in and late check out are subject to hotel’s availability. This cannot be guaranteed ahead of time and is under the hotel’s discretion.

Other Requests

All special requests such as dietary requirements, location preference, and other needs will be sent to the hotel for their action.
